Michael has a strong technical background and the ability to understand client priorities. He breaks down complex problems to the level needed for general understanding and requested action, such as repair. During this time, Michael spent 16 months as the site structural engineer for a large complex project, which further developed his ability to solve problems and work with different parties to solve a common problem. Building on his site experience, Michael later joined a forensic firm focused on investigations, repair design, consulting, and litigation support. Michael has developed a reputation for his problem solving, communication, and project management abilities. Two repair projects that he managed received International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI) awards: Courthouse Square Complex in Salem, OR earned an Award of Excellence and The Austonian in Austin, TX received the Project of the Year Award and an Award of Excellence.
