As a structural engineer, Joseph readily accepts any challenge thrown at him. He is equally comfortable investigating skyscrapers from a swing stage or crunching numbers from his desk. Since joining Pivot, Joseph has worked on a wide variety of projects, gaining experience in structural repair and strengthening design, non-destructive testing, load testing, structural health monitoring, corrosion assessment, and construction litigation support.

Joseph earned both his M.S. in Structural Engineering in 2015 and his B.S. in Civil Engineering, with High Honors, in 2013 from The University of Texas at Austin. He is an active member of several American Concrete Institute (ACI) Technical Committees.

When not unraveling interesting and unique challenges, Joseph enjoys reading, live music, and woodworking.
